- If 10 percent of the planned area is missing in the unapproved plan, a proportionate open space fee equal to 14 percent of the plot value as on the plot registration date will be applied in place of the current fee as on August 26, 2020.

- If only a few plot owners request regularization in the approved plan, the pattern approved by the competent authority will be used.
- The LRS Telangana applicant should only submit copies of the title deed/sale transaction.
