मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के लिए कुछ पात्रता मानदंड भी होते हैं जिनको पूरा करना जरुरी होता हैं। यदि आप इसके लिए पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करते हैं तो ही आप इसके लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। जैसे की सबसे पहले आप बिहार के स्थायी निवासी होने चाहिए। और आपकी उम्र 18 वर्ष से 50 वर्ष के बिच होनी चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना लोन का रीपेमेंट कैसे करना होता हैं
जैसे की हमने बताया की इस मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के तहत आपको दस लाख रूपये तक का लोन मिलता हैं , जिसमें से आपको सिर्फ पांच लाख रुपये ही वापस लौटना होता हैं। लेकिन यह भी ध्यान रखें जरुरी हैं की आपको वह पांच लाख पर आसान ब्याज लगाया जायेगा और उसके साथ आपको इस पांच लाख लोन अमाउंट को सात सालो में वापस करना होता हैं। जो की बहुत अच्छी बात हैं।
आपको बता दे की मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी योजना के लिए आवेदन की प्रक्रिया 1st जुलाई 2024 फिर शुरू कर दिया गया हैं जिसकी अंतिम तारीख 31 जुलाई हैं। इसीलिए यदि आप मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमी लोन लेना चाहते हैं तो इसे आप 31 जुलाई से पहले आवेदन करें। आवेदन करने के लिए आप इसके ऑफिसियल पोर्टल https://udyami.bihar.gov.in/ पर जा सकते हैं।
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने Cervical Cancer Vaccination yojana के तहत लड़कियों में गर्भाशय-ग्रीवा कैंसर के टीकाकरण को बढ़ावा देने, नए मेडिकल कॉलेजों की स्थापना और आशा एवं आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ताओं को आयुष्मान भारत कवर का विस्तार करने की घोषणा की।
अंतरिम बजट 2024 पेश करते हुए सीतारमण ने कहा कि सरकार 9 से 14 वर्ष की आयु की लड़कियों में गर्भाशय ग्रीवा के कैंसर के टीकाकरण को प्रोत्साहित करेगी।
दुनिया में चौथा सबसे आम प्रकार का कैंसर सर्वाइकल कैंसर है, जो भारत में महिलाओं की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी मौत है। गर्भाशय ग्रीवा कैंसर गर्भाशय ग्रीवा में उत्पन्न होता है , गर्भाशय का निचला हिस्सा जो योनि से जुड़ा होता है। यह अक्सर धीरे-धीरे विकसित होता है और शुरुआती चरणों में स्पष्ट लक्षण नहीं दिखा सकता है।
यह ह्यूमन पेपिलोमावायरस के कारण होता है, जिसे आमतौर पर एचपीवी के रूप में जाना जाता है, जो विश्व स्तर पर सबसे अधिक प्रचलित यौन संचारित संक्रमण (SIT) है।
जबकि कई प्रकार के एचपीवी हानिरहित होते हैं और कोई लक्षण उत्पन्न नहीं करते, वहीं अन्य प्रकार के एचपीवी से स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो सकती हैं, जैसे जननांग मस्से और गर्भाशय-ग्रीवा कैंसर सहित विभिन्न प्रकार के कैंसर।
गर्भाशय-ग्रीवा कैंसर की रोकथाम
जैसा कि वित्त मंत्री ने बताया, एचपीवी टीके गर्भाशय-ग्रीवा कैंसर को रोकने में मदद कर सकते हैं।
जून 2022 में, टीकाकरण पर राष्ट्रीय तकनीकी सलाहकार समूह (एनटीएजीआई) ने 9 से 14 आयु वर्ग की किशोरियों के लिए सार्वभौमिक टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम में एचपीवी वैक्सीन को नौ वर्ष की आयु में नियमित रूप से शामिल करने की सिफारिश की थी।
भारत में, ‘सर्वावैक’ गर्भाशय-ग्रीवा कैंसर और अन्य एचपीवी-संबंधित कैंसरों की रोकथम के लिए पहला स्वदेशी एचपीवी टीका है ।
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने 2024 से 25 के बजट में ‘Solar Rooftop Scheme’ शुरू करने की घोषणा की। यह योजना आवासीय घरों के लिए रूफटॉप सोलर पैनल लगाने और बिजली के लिए सौर ऊर्जा का उपयोग करने के लिए सब्सिडी प्रदान करती है , जिससे बिजली बिलों पर पैसे बचाने में काफी मदद मिलेगी। इस लेख में आपको सोलर रूफटॉप स्कीम के बारे में सब कुछ बताया गया है।
Solar Rooftop Scheme का लक्ष्य एक करोड़ घरों को रोशन करने के लिए हर महीने 300 यूनिट मुफ्त बिजली उपलब्ध कराना है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य छत पर सोलर पैनल लगाकर और सौर ऊर्जा का उपयोग करके घर की बिजली की लागत को कम करना और टिकाऊ ऊर्जा प्रथाओं की ओर बढ़ना है। यह स्वच्छ और टिकाऊ ऊर्जा पर जोर देता है।
पात्रता मानदंड
आवेदक भारत के निवासी होने चाहिए
आवेदक को गरीब और मध्यम आय वाले परिवारों से होना चाहिए
आवेदकों के पास अपना आवास होना चाहिए, जिसकी छत सौर पैनल लगाने के लिए उपयुक्त हो।
आवेदकों के पास वैध बिजली कनेक्शन होना चाहिए।
आवेदकों ने सौर पैनलों के लिए किसी अन्य सब्सिडी का लाभ पहले से नहीं उठाया हो।

नेट मीटरिंग के ज़रिए पूरी प्रक्रिया आर्थिक रूप से ज़्यादा मज़बूत है, जहाँ सौर पैनलों द्वारा उत्पादित कोई भी अतिरिक्त ऊर्जा या बिजली बिजली वितरण कंपनियों को उचित मूल्य पर बेची जाती है। इस प्रकार, यह खपत और योगदान के बीच संतुलन बनाकर कुल बिजली बिलों को काफी हद तक कम कर देता है।

राज्य, जिला और बिजली वितरण कंपनी का चयन करें, आप अपना ग्राहक खाता नंबर दर्ज करें और ‘अगला’ पर क्लिक करें।
अपना नंबर और ईमेल दर्ज करें, और पंजीकरण पूरा करने के लिए निर्देशों का पालन करें।
अब अपने ग्राहक खाता संख्या और मोबाइल नंबर के साथ लॉग इन करें।
उसके बाद फॉर्म के अनुसार ‘सोलर रूफटॉप योजना’ के लिए आवेदन करें।
रूफटॉप सोलर के लिए आवेदन करने के बाद, DISCOM से व्यवहार्यता अनुमोदन की प्रतीक्षा करें। व्यवहार्यता अनुमोदन स्वीकृत होने के बाद, अपने DISCOM में पंजीकृत विक्रेता के माध्यम से संयंत्र स्थापित करें। आप यहाँ क्लिक करके और पेज के सर्च बार में अपना राज्य दर्ज करके अपने घर के पास पंजीकृत विक्रेता को पा सकते हैं।
संयंत्र का विवरण प्रस्तुत करें और स्थापना पूर्ण होने के बाद नेट मीटर के लिए आवेदन करें।
डिस्कॉम निरीक्षण, और नेट मीटर की स्थापना के बाद, पोर्टल से कमीशनिंग प्रमाणपत्र तैयार करेंगे।
कमीशनिंग रिपोर्ट मिलने के बाद, पोर्टल पर लॉग इन करके अपने बैंक खाते का विवरण और एक रद्द चेक जमा करना होगा। उसके बाद आपको 30 दिनों के भीतर अपने बैंक खाते में सब्सिडी मिल जाएगी।
अंतरिम बजट 2024 में, वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने 2047 तक Viksit Bharat Scheme के लिए प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दृष्टिकोण को बताया। अपने बजट 2024 भाषण में , उन्होंने उल्लेख किया कि सरकार ऐसे विकास की दिशा में काम कर रही है, जिसमे बहुत कुछ शामिल करना है।
सरकार 2047 तक भारत को विकसित भारत बनाने के लिए काम कर रही है। विकसित भारत के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए सरकार लोगों की क्षमताओं में सुधार और उन्हें सशक्त बनाने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करेगी।
पिछले वर्ष प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने भारत को ‘विकसित भारत’ बनाने के अपने विजन के बारे में बात की थी – जिसका अर्थ है ‘विकसित भारत’।
अंतरिम बजट पेश करते हुए सीतारमण ने कहा कि सरकार का ‘विकसित भारत’ का विजन एक ऐसा समृद्ध भारत है जो प्रकृति के साथ सामंजस्य स्थापित करेगा, आधुनिक बुनियादी ढांचे के साथ सभी नागरिकों और सभी क्षेत्रों को अपनी क्षमता तक पहुंचने के अवसर प्रदान करेगा।
‘विकसित भारत’ लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने की योजना प्रस्तुत करते हुए सीतारमण ने कहा, “सबका विश्वास अर्जित करते हुए प्रदर्शन और प्रगति के मजबूत और अनुकरणीय ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड से उत्पन्न आत्मविश्वास के साथ, अगले पांच वर्ष अभूतपूर्व विकास के वर्ष होंगे, तथा 2047 तक विकसित भारत के सपने को साकार करने के स्वर्णिम क्षण होंगे।”
उन्होंने ‘सबका प्रयास’ द्वारा समर्थित “जनसांख्यिकी, लोकतंत्र और विविधता की त्रिमूर्ति” पर भी जोर दिया, जिसके बारे में सीतारमण ने कहा कि इसमें प्रत्येक भारतीय की आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करने की क्षमता है।
सामाजिक न्याय को लक्ष्य प्राप्ति के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कारक बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा, “हमारी सरकार सर्वांगीण, सर्वव्यापी और सर्वसमावेशी विकास के दृष्टिकोण के साथ काम कर रही है। इसमें सभी जातियों और सभी स्तरों के लोगों को शामिल किया गया है। हम 2047 तक भारत को ‘विकसित भारत’ बनाने के लिए काम कर रहे हैं।” उन्होंने कहा कि ‘विकसित भारत’ के इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने के लिए लोगों की क्षमता में सुधार करने और उन्हें सशक्त बनाने की आवश्यकता है।
उन्होंने कहा, “पहले, सामाजिक न्याय ज़्यादातर एक राजनीतिक नारा था। हमारी सरकार के लिए, सामाजिक न्याय एक प्रभावी और ज़रूरी शासन मॉडल है। सभी पात्र लोगों को शामिल करने का संतृप्ति दृष्टिकोण सामाजिक न्याय की सच्ची और व्यापक उपलब्धि है। यह क्रिया में धर्मनिरपेक्षता है, भ्रष्टाचार को कम करता है और भाई-भतीजावाद को रोकता है। पारदर्शिता और आश्वासन है कि लाभ सभी पात्र लोगों तक पहुँचाए जाएँगे। संसाधनों का वितरण निष्पक्ष रूप से किया जाता है। सभी को, चाहे उनकी सामाजिक स्थिति कुछ भी हो, अवसरों तक पहुँच मिलती है। हम उन प्रणालीगत असमानताओं को दूर कर रहे हैं, जिन्होंने हमारे समाज को त्रस्त कर दिया था।
